(SG94) Control Engineer £40K Cambridgeshire   As the control engineer you main job purpose will be to provide technical expertise and experience to ensure plant and equipment is maintained and repaired safely, efficiently and productively in line with plant requirements, ensure the team is empowered with clear objectives and has alignment with the customer strategic aims and to maintain ‘visible, felt’ leadership at all levels. You key objectives will be to ensure that sufficient planning and cost control systems and processes are in place which assists both client and customer in budgetary control and management. To build and lead the site team effectively, tailoring roles and responsibilities as appropriate and developing individuals and to ensure all installations are completed in accordance with specifications provided.
