Our client is looking for a Retail Technical Manager, your duties for this role will include: ensuring effective implementation of all new products or changes to existing lines through liaison with production, this to include production of specifications and control of product labelling, factory trials and product launches. Management of all aspects of food safety, legality and quality throughout the retail packing facility, Management of retail side quality control team, Representing the company at customer product reviews, Development of the existing Quality Management System. As well as this you will also be required to Monitor the hygiene standards throughout the retail packing facility and Monitor customer complaint levels and actively seeking to reduce all complaints across retail customer base.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: To apply for this role you will have suitable technical experience within the industry, a professional management style be an effective people manager with good communications skills. You will also be self-motivated, have a ‘Hands-on’ approach with Computer skills necessary as using spreadsheet and database applications will be part of the daily routine.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and attitude is more desirable than qualification with no hands on or technical experience

Job Decription: Our client requires an experienced Site Manager to control the delivery of their Facilities Management contracts to prestigious clients. You will be responsible for 5 sites ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with company policies & standards. You will directly manage a team of engineers & sub-contractors, maximising their effectiveness & quality of output and ensuring efficient use of materials and ensure compliance to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. Identify & implement innovations to improve service delivery, productions of reports, utilising KPI’s, enhancing the contract base & supply chain within the geographical area. Manage contract profitability, quoting for remedial & small projects, provide technical advice & solution generation. Person Specification: You will be an experienced M&E professional with at least 5 years post apprenticeship experience and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a facilities management or building services position of authority. You will have an understanding of asset management principals & maintenance techniques, experience of management system i.e. ISO 9001:2000, 14001, 18001. You must be approachable, effective communicator.
